Dr. Aline Schmidt

Dr Aline Schmidt specialises in unfair competition and trademark law and all other areas of law related to the protection of intellectual property and in telecommunications law.

Dr Aline Schmidt studied law at the Universities of Bonn and Cologne (both Germany). After passing her first state law exam, she did her doctorate on a copyright law topic and worked as a research assistant in various international commercial law firms. Aline Schmidt spent part of her legal training working at the Vietnamese-German University in Saigon (Vietnam) and in a US-American commercial law firm in Honolulu (USA), amongst others, and passed her second state law exam in July 2019.
