Cosima Flock’s advisory services cover all areas of energy law and of German and European antitrust law (merger control, abuse of market power and administrative fine proceedings).
Cosima Flock studied law at the University of Bonn (Germany), focussing on antitrust and energy law. After successfully completing her first law exam, she worked as a research assistant to Luther’s antitrust and energy law team. Her legal training included working for the German Federal Cartel Authority (Bundeskartellamt), the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission, and Luther. Cosima Flock was admitted to the German Bar in 2017 and joined Luther the same year.
