Christiane Kühn, LL.M. (Hong Kong)

Ms. Kuehn is an experienced project and trial lawyer. She offers consulting services in International Commercial Law, in particular for the plant and mechanical engineering sector. She also focuses on International Insolvency Law, mainly advising creditors. The combination of both areas of law enables her to view the commercial relationships of her clients with a special focus on securing and enforcing their claims and to advise them accordingly. Ms. Kühn is an accredited and certified Incoterms® 2020 trainer, certificate number DE/2019-0105.
