Anne Biebler was born in 1991. She studied law at the University of Leipzig, with an emphasis on State and Administration - Environment, Building and Business. She then carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Dresden in the Free State of Saxony (Germany) until the end of 2017, following which she joined Luther.
