Anna-Maria Dümmer

Anna-Maria Dümmer specialises in public procurement law. She advises the public sector on the planning and implementation of national and Europe-wide contract award procedures, specifically with regard to how to deal with inquiries and complaints received from bidders, and on the examination and evaluation of applications to participate and bids.

Anna-Maria Dümmer studied law at Freie Universität in Berlin (Germany) with an emphasis on business and corporate law. She carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin. Anna-Maria Dümmer joined Luther's Leipzig office in 2021.
