Ann-Marie Jüttner

Ann-Marie Jüttner advises above all national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law, for example, on how to draft employment contracts or in connection with dismissals and also on matters pertaining to works constitution law and collective bargaining agreements.

She further advises on all matters pertaining to dispute resolution, in and out of court. This also includes representing clients before labour and civil courts.

Ann-Marie Jüttner studied law at the University of Würzburg (Germany) from 2009 to 2015 and then carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart in the State of Baden-Württemberg (Germany). In her second state exam, the focus was on employment law. Ann-Marie Jüttner carried out part of her legal training working for the legal department of a leading international pharmaceutical company, where she continued to handle employment law matters after passing her second state exam. Ann-Marie Jüttner was admitted to the German Bar in 2017 and joined Luther’s Stuttgart office at the end of 2017.
