Amaury François

Amaury François is a member of the Investment Management Group of Luther’s Luxembourg office.

He focuses on regulatory, corporate, and organisational aspects in relation to the set up, structuring, and management of both regulated and unregulated funds. Amaury is regularly involved in the set-up of funds for the financial sector. He has a strong experience in advising alternative investment funds with strong sustainable investment strategies.

Amaury François obtained a Master’s Degree in European Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Master’s Degree in International and European Business Law from the University of Strasbourg.

Prior to joining Luther in 2020, he worked for an investment management firm in Luxembourg and for several European institutions in Paris, Strasbourg, and Luxembourg.
