Yves van Brussel develops business-oriented tax and legal solutions for companies, investment funds, family businesses and individuals and provides specialist support to NGOs. He advises clients on matters pertaining to taxation in Belgium, in Singapore and on an international level, including double taxation agreements, transfer pricing, holding and financing structures, corporate law and M&A transactions, property investments and private equity funds. In addition, he advises individuals on asset structuring, earned income, investments, inheritance planning and the tax consequences of moving.
Yves van Brussel was admitted to the Belgian Bar in 2015. He studied law at the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and obtained an LL.M. degree in international tax law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria) in 2015. Yves van Brussel commenced his professional career in the tax department of an international law firm in Brussels (Belgium), worked in Luxembourg and has been a resident of Singapore since 2018. He has authored numerous publications, including an IFA Singapore branch report, and is a regular lecturer at conferences. Yves van Brussel joined Luther in 2020.
