Valeska Tkotsch focuses her legal practice on real estate and building law.

Real Estate

Valeska Tkotsch studied law at the University of Mainz (Germany). After passing her first state law exam, she carried out her legal training in the district of the Regional Court of Wiesbaden (Germany). Valeska Tkotsch then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Compulsory Execution and Consumer Insolvency Law at the University of Mainz before starting work as a lawyer in her own law firm  in 2017. Valeska Tkotsch joined Luther as a lawyer in 2022.
