Thomas Kraemer primarily advises on all matters pertaining to commercial and distribution law and dispute resolution, in and out of court.
Thomas Kraemer was born in 1982. Whilst studying law in Bonn (Germany), he participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Werner Melis Award). After completing his course of study, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of German and European Employment Law at the University of Cologne (Germany). His legal training included, inter alia, working at the European Commission in Brussels (Belgium) and in a large international law firm in Cologne (Germany) and New York (USA). Thomas Kraemer joined Luther’s Cologne office in 2017.
