The focus of Thomas Henßler's advice is on medical and pharmaceutical law. He also specialises in advising businesses from the pharmaceutical industry and medical technology industry on regulatory legal issues as well as on drafting contracts and project management concerning the development, clinical testing and sale of medical products. As a lawyer and in-house counsel, Thomas Henßler has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts as well as in providing litigation advice relating to information technology and the protection of intellectual property.
After studying law at the Universities of Constance and Hamburg, Thomas Henßler completed his traineeship at the Higher Regional Court in Hamburg and worked as a research assistant at the University of Hamburg. In addition to working as a lawyer, Thomas Henßler also worked as an assistant lecturer for business law in the MBA Health Care Management program until 2009 and as counsel in the legal department of an international firm. He joined Luther (or its respective predecessor) in 1996.
