Sonia Bellamine

Sonia Bellamine is a Counsel and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice of Luther’s Luxembourg office. She focuses on a wide range of corporate law matters and has in depth experience in advising clients on mer-gers and acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investment ar-rangements, corporate structuring and restructuring, corporate governance and pre-insolvency matters.

Sonia Bellamine obtained a Master’s Degree in Private Law from the University of Strasbourg. She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2004.
Prior to joining Luther in 2021, she worked as a Corporate Lawyer for renowned law firms in Luxembourg.
