Serpil Arduc primarily advises on matters relating to tax law.
Serpil Arduc studied law at Leibniz University in Hanover (Germany). After passing her first state law exam, she successfully completed an LL.M. degree course in business and tax law at Ruhr University in Bochum (Germany). She then carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Germany), which also included a training period at the German Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF) in Berlin. Serpil Arduc has been a lecturer at the Tax Academy of Lower Saxony since September 2019 and joined Luther’s Hanover office the same year.
