Sebastian Laoutoumai advises primarily on intellectual property law issues, in particular, trademark and unfair competition law. He further focuses on logistics law and on drafting and negotiating IT agreements.
Sebastian Laoutoumai studied law at the Universities of Munich, Cologne and Dusseldorf (Germany). From 2010 to 2012, he carried out his legal training in Dusseldorf, following which he obtained a Master of Laws degree in information technology law while working at the same time in the IP/IT department of a business law firm in Cologne. From 2013 on, before joining Luther, Sebastian Laoutoumai worked in the intellectual property law and information law departments of business law firms in Cologne and Dusseldorf.
