Roland Schiller primarily advises companies on German and European antitrust law. This particularly includes advising on antitrust fine, merger control and abuse of dominance proceedings. Another focus of his work is dispute resolution, in and out of court.
Roland Schiller studied law at the University of Osnabrück (Germany) with an emphasis on German and European white-collar crime. Whilst at university, he additionally completed discipline-specific foreign language training in British law. After graduating from university, Roland Schiller carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (Germany), which also included a training period at the German Federal Foreign Office in Berlin (Germany).
