Richard Wilhelm was born in the Free State of Thuringia (Germany) in 1989. He studied law at the Universities of Leipzig (Germany) and Oslo (Norway), following which he took an international course of postgraduate study in European integration law. Richard Wilhelm carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Dresden (Germany). In addition to working for several years at the Chair of Public Law – in particular, environmental and planning law – at the University of Leipzig, he also worked as an instructor at the Leipzig HTWK University of Applied Sciences and currently teaches at the Faculty of Law of the University of Leipzig. Richard Wilhelm joined Luther in 2017 as an Associate.
