Nadine Bourgeois specialises in debt financing (including acquisition financing, secured lending and corporate loan transactions) and capital market transactions. Since 2005, she has advised banks, financial sponsors and businesses on various acquisition financing, real estate financing, secured lending and corporate loan transactions, as well as on recapitalisations and restructurings and a variety of capital market products.
Nadine Bourgeois studied law at Technische Universität Dresden (Germany) and is a Certified Corporate Treasurer (VdT). After completing her legal training in Dresden and Brussels (Belgium), she was admitted to the German Bar in 2005. From 2005 to 2019, she worked in two international law firms in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) (from 2014 on as a partner) and, as part of a secondment, in the capital markets department of a leading German bank. Nadine Bourgeois joined Luther’s Capital Markets & Banking team as a partner in 2019.
