Mathilde Chapel is a member of the Corporate/M&A Group of Luther’s Luxembourg office. She focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

Mathilde Chapel obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Corsica Pasquale Paoli and an LL.M. degree in International Business Law from the University of London.

Prior to joining Luther in 2022, Mathilde held internships in various Luxembourgish and French law firms, including Luther.
