Maria Tarassidis specialises in all areas of real estate law. In addition to providing comprehensive landlord and tenant law advice in connection with both commercial and residential leases, she also drafts contracts in the area of real estate law. Maria Tarassidis further advises companies on how to structure existing properties. In addition, she deals with questions of law relating to current portfolio and asset management by real estate companies.
Maria Tarassidis studied law at the University of Leipzig (Germany) and at Aristotle University in Thessaloniki (Greece) with a focus on international public law. Following her first state bar exam, she worked as a research assistant for Luther’s Leipzig office. Maria Tarassidis carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany), which included working for, inter alia, the German Federal Foreign Office in Berlin and the Greek Consulate General in New York (USA). Maria Tarassidis joined Luther’s Berlin office in 2015.
