Linda Buschmann’s work includes advising companies on public corporate law, in particular, on environmental law, climate protection and emissions trading law as well as spatial planning and planning law.
Linda Buschmann was born in 1991 in Bielefeld (Germany). She studied law at the University of Bielefeld from 2010 to 2016 specialising in "Environmental, Technology and Planning Law in the European Union". After completing her first state exam, Linda Buschmann began her legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. During her legal training she worked for the Ministry for Families, Children, Refugees and Integration for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and for a larger law firm in the field of "Environmental, Planning & Regulatory". Linda Buschmann was admitted to the German Bar in May 2019 and has worked for Luther since then.
