Laurianne Vessot

Laurianne Vessot is a member of the Investment Management Group of Luther’s Luxembourg office. She focuses on regulatory, corporate, and organisational aspects in relation to the set-up, structuring, and management of both regulated and unregulated funds. She is regularly involved in the set-up of funds for the financial sector. She also advises clients, whether investors, investment fund managers or initiators, on the legal, corporate and regulatory aspects of investment funds in Luxembourg.

Laurianne Vessot obtained a Master’s Degree in international business law form the University Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, Hô-Chi-Minh City, Vietnam, a Master’s Degree in international operations of corporate and tax law from the University Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris, France and a Mastère Spécialisé, Juriste Manager International from EM Lyon Business School, Lyon, France.

Prior to joining Luther in 2023, she worked in Luxembourg based international law firms.
