Laura Stahmer-Rüdisühli advises businesses on IP matters, both in and out of court, with a focus on trademark, copyright, and competition law. She further provides advice in the area of data protection law, especially with regard to ensuring data protection compliance and how data protection is organised, as well as e-commerce.
Laura Stahmer-Rüdisühli was born in 1985. She completed a German-French course of legal studies in Potsdam (Germany) and Paris (France) and earned the degree Licence en droit franco-allemand in Paris. She carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany), which included working for the Munich office of an international patent and trademark law firm and for the German Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt) in Berlin and Brussels (Belgium). Laura Stahmer-Rüdisühli joined Luther’s Stuttgart office in 2015.
