Laura Hoyer works in the areas of white-collar crime and compliance. Her services include representing companies in the defence against corporate fines and confiscation orders. She defends the decision-maker of companies in preliminary investigations in all areas of white-collar crime and administrative offences law. She advises on how to prevent compliance violations and carries out internal investigations. Furthermore, she helps clients enforce claims for damages after compliance violations.
Laura Hoyer studied law with an emphasis on crime science at the University of Augsburg (Germany) and, in addition, completed a foreign-language legal study programme in English. After graduating from university, she carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Munich (Germany). Laura Hoyer joined Luther in 2021 and works in white-collar crime and compliance.
