As part of her legal practice, Ms. Hoss advises companies in the field of public commercial law, in particular environmental law, climate protection and emissions trading law as well as regional planning and development law.
Juliane Hoss studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. After completing her first state examination in law, she completed her legal clerkship from 2016 to 2018 at the Düsseldorf Regional Court with stations at the Ministry of Economic Affairs NRW in the Department for Basic Issues of Foreign Trade and at the Federal Foreign Office in the Department for Climate and Environmental Foreign Policy. From 2018 to 2020 she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Economic Law of Prof. Dr. Ulrich Noack. Ms. Hoss was admitted to the bar in 2020 and has worked at Luther ever since.
