Areas of practice

Julia Walther advises on public procurement and supports clients in complex procurement processes. In addition, she regularly acts as an external contracting authority for public clients in procurement procedures and is the contact person for the preparation of tender documents, the processing of bidder questions, the evaluation of applications for participation and bids, and the organisation and implementation of negotiation meetings. Another core area of her work is the comprehensive documentation and management of the procurement process via an e-procurement platform. She also supports companies that receive grants under subsidy agreements in the effective and results-oriented implementation of procurement regulations. Julia Walther also specialises in corporate law issues, particularly in relation to municipal companies.

Vita

Julia Walther graduated with a degree in law from the University of Leipzig. As part of her legal training in the state of Saxony – Leipzig district court district – she spent her elective period at RB Leipzig. She has been working at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since April 2023.
