Frederik Diemer

Frederik Diemer advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and on corporate law issues. In addition to providing legal advice, he also acts as a litigator.

Frederik Diemer studied law at Christian Albrecht University in Kiel and then carried out his legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig (both Germany). As part of his legal training, he worked for the German Bundestag and for the M&A department of a large international law firm, amongst others.

Frederik Diemer was admitted to the German Bar in 2022 and joined Luther’s Hamburg office as a lawyer the same year.
