Esther Sophia Pauckert

Esther Pauckert primarily advises on real estate law, as well as on matters relating to corporate law. This also includes providing dispute resolution services in these areas, in and out of court.

Esther Sophia Pauckert studied law at Freie Universität Berlin (Germany) and at Autónoma de Madrid (Spain), focussing on tax and corporate law. She carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, which also included training periods in the Berlin Parliament and a German company in Bogotá (Columbia). After passing her second state law exam, she initially worked for a large German law firm in arbitration law. Esther Sophia Pauckert was admitted to the German Bar in April 2018. She is qualified to practise as a mediator and has been working for Luther since 2018.
