Katharina Heine primarily advises on all matters pertaining to business, commercial and corporate law and dispute resolution, in and out of court, especially in arbitration proceedings.
Dr Katharina Heine studied law in Bonn (Germany) and Paris (France). Whilst doing her doctorate, she worked at the Chair of Private International Law and Comparative Law at the University of Bonn and was responsible for providing technical and organisational assistance to the teams participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Katharina Heine carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Cologne (Germany); this included working in Hanoi (Vietnam) and in the litigation departments of two leading business law firms. Katharina Heine was admitted to the German Bar in 2017 and joined Luther in 2018.
