Dorothee Bienek provides comprehensive advice on contract drafting, with a focus on commercial leases and property purchase agreements. She assists with real estate transactions and the performance of due diligence reviews. In addition, she represents clients in the enforcement and defence of claims in court.

Vita

Dorothee Bienek studied law at Philipps University in Marburg and at the University of Cologne, successfully completing her studies with the first state examination. She completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne, including placements at GÖRG in the real estate department and at Luther. She also successfully passed the second state examination.

Dorothee Bienek then worked as a solicitor at WIR Jennißen & Partner, where she dealt with issues relating to real estate and private construction law. She has been part of the real estate team at Luther since 1 January 2026.
