Daniel von der Decken primarily advises on matters pertaining to company law and medical law.
Daniel von der Decken was born in 1987. After graduating from school in 2007, he studied medicine at the University of Marburg (Germany), successfully completing his study programme by passing the first state exam. He then studied law at Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (Germany). Since 2016, Daniel von der Decken has been specialising in medical, social and doctors’ liability law as part of the master’s programme Medicine-Ethics-Law. After passing his first state law exam, Daniel von der Decken carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, which included working for Luther’s Hanover office, amongst others. Daniel von der Decken has been a member of Luther’s Hanover office since his admission to the German Bar.
