Daniel Donhauser advises on matters related to corporate law and on national and international transactions. In Luther’s Munich office, he acts as an advisor to start-ups, founders, and investors. He focuses on providing financing advice, negotiating all forms of venture capital and private equity investments and transactions on behalf of financial investors (venture capital and private equity funds, family offices, and business angels).
In addition to providing support from the foundation up until the exit, assisting with the ongoing business, with investment and financing rounds and with employee participation schemes, he represents clients in (judicial) shareholder disputes. He further specialises in providing tokenisation advice, including advising on all related legal problems.
Daniel Donhauser studied law in Munich (Germany), with an emphasis on capital markets and corporate law. After working as Counsel for a tech start-up and as a corporate lawyer for a US law firm, he joined Luther’s Munich office in 2020, where he advises German and international clients on matters pertaining to corporate law.
