Charlotte Foerster-Baldenius primarily advises on all matters pertaining to commercial and distribution law and dispute resolution, in and out of court.
Charlotte Foerster-Baldenius was born in 1991. She studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany) with an emphasis on competition and antitrust law and intellectual property. After graduating from university, she worked as a research assistant in a medium-sized business law firm. Charlotte Foerster-Baldenius carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin from 2016 to 2018; as part of her training, she worked for a renowned internationally operating business law firm in Potsdam (Germany), amongst others. Charlotte Foerster-Baldenius joined Luther’s Berlin office in 2019.
