Bettina Partzsch advises national and international companies on all matters pertaining to employment law and also on the related economic and strategic issues. She primarily advises companies on an ongoing in the fields of individual employment law and works constitution law. A focus of her work is on employment litigation. Another focus is on providing advice in connection with corporate restructurings and business transfers, where she assists with negotiations in addition to acting as an advisor to her client.
Bettina Partzsch was born in 1984. She studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms University Münster and at the same time also completed a two year specialised foreign language training course in Anglo-American law. After completing her first state examination in law, she completed a Masters in Global Business Law in Melbourne, Australia. She carried out her traineeship in Düsseldorf and Singapore. Bettina Partzsch was admitted to the German Bar in 2011 and has worked for Luther ever since.
