Dr Anja Carola Götze supports domestic and international clients in complex arbitration proceedings, with a special emphasis on investment arbitration. She also advises on all matters pertaining to commercial and distribution law and dispute resolution, in and out of court.
Dr Anja Carola Götze studied law at the University of Hamburg (Germany), focusing on private international law and arbitration. After completing her legal training, which included training periods in Luther’s Stuttgart office (Germany) and at the Attorney-General's Department in Canberra (Australia), she wrote her doctoral thesis on a topic relating to investment arbitration and the economic analysis of law whilst working as a research assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Hohenheim (Germany). Anja Carola Götze joined Luther’s Hamburg office in January 2020.
