Anastasia Shelestova specialises in advising on national and international reorganisation and insolvency law in restructuring situations. She advises on the planning and implementation of complex restructuring projects in Germany and abroad. Furthermore, Anastasia Shelestova assists German and foreign insolvency administrators and other parties involved in connection with German or cross-border insolvency proceedings.
Anastasia Shelestova studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg (Germany) and at the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina). After passing her first state law exam, she worked as a research assistant for renowned business law firms in Hamburg. Anastasia Shelestova carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany) and, as part of this, also completed training periods at the Berlin theatre Deutsches Theater, a renowned corporate law firm in Berlin, and a German-South African law firm in Cape Town (South Africa).
Anastasia Shelestova joined Luther as a lawyer in 2020.
