Curriculum vitae

Sebastian Wuschka was born in 1987. After studying law at Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany, with a focus on international and European economic law, he worked there as a research assistant to Professor Puttler, at the department of public international and European law, and to Professor Schaub, at the department of private international law, from 2012 to 2013. He then completed his LL.M. degree in international dispute settlement (MIDS) in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2014, he attended the Hague Academy of International Law's summer course in private international law. Sebastian Wuschka has worked for Luther since October 2014. He is currently also completing a doctoral thesis on a topic in the area of public international law and investment arbitration and serves as a visiting lecturer at Ruhr-University Bochum.

Areas of Practice

Sebastian Wuschka assists domestic and foreign clients in complex arbitral proceedings. He focuses on arbitral proceedings that are based on public international law or in which a government or state is involved.
