The measures for easing the corona shutdown adopted by the heads of the federal and state governments on 15 April 2020 raise a number of questions because of their partly strict demarcation of boundaries and the different implementation at state level:
- Are there further possibilities for opening up business and operations?
- When is a company systemically relevant?
- Are there claims for compensation and state liability?
We have compiled some initial indications and further information to answer the above questions.
