Mastering the obligations and liabilities of domiciliation agents – Maîtriser les obligations et responsabilités du domiciliataire

Euryale Didillon et Mathieu Laurent interviendront lors d'une formation sur la gestion des risques et responsabilités liés à la domiciliation organisée par l'IFE by Abilways à Luxembourg le 15 octobre 2020.

Les intervenants présenteront l'environnement légal et réglementaire régissant la domiciliation, les droits et obligations du domiciliataire, les formes de sociétés que le domiciliataire peut être appelé à domicilier et leurs caractéristiques ainsi que les différentes questions pouvant se poser au domiciliataire au cours de la vie sociale des sociétés domiciliées.

Euryale Didillon and Mathieu Laurent will be speakers at a professional training on managing the risks and liabilities related to the domiciliation of companies organized by IFE by Abilways in Luxembourg on 15 October 2020.

The speakers will present the legal framework applicable to the domiciliation of companies, the rights and obligations of domiciliary agents, the different forms of companies that domiciliary agents may come across and their features as well as the different questions that may arise during the existence of the domiciled companies.
