Diana Illing was born in 1972. After finishing her law degree from the University of Dresden, Leipzig and Catania, she completed a Master's Degree in Foreign and International Private Law. She then worked as a research assistant in international criminal law at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg and in labor law at the University of Constance. She joined Luther in 2006.

Diana Illing assists in all areas pertaining to individual and collective labor law, including litigation. She specializes in the drafting of contracts and assistance in closing and terminating employment contracts, as well as in corporate restructuring. Furthermore, she provides particular counsel in questions pertaining to labor and social security law for international employee assignments and during international employment.
