Christian Dworschak was born in 1969 and studied law in Würzburg from 1990 to 1994. He completed his traineeship in Munich at the district court and was admitted to the bar in 1997. He joined Luther (or its respective predecessor)in 1999.

Christian Dworschak specializes in issues concerning individual and collective labor law. He regularly assists his clients in labor matters during acquisitions and corporate restructuring, leading negotiations to balance the interests of both parties and to design social compensation plans. He also deals with all matters involving employee co-determination, drafting contracts in accordance with labor law, and changes/termination of employment and/or service provision agreements. He provides both judicial and extrajudicial representation. Christian Dworschak is a regular speaker on topics concerning labor law at various events.
