Luther is pleased to announce to hold a seminar for Japanese companies active in Germany co-hosting with Atsumi and Partners, a major law firm in Tokyo with a German Desk and the first Japanese law firm to create a foreign law joint venture, and kindly supported by the German-Japanese Industrial Cooperation Committee (DJW).

In the current recession, it is important for an enterprise to enhance legal compliance and adjust its workforce, as well as to reorganize corporate structure.
