Jan Felix Grabenschröer was born in 1986. He studied law in Münster (Germany), where he successfully completed his optional subject IP/IT law. As part of his legal training in Berlin (Germany), he worked for the IP department of a business law firm and for the Traffic and Digital Infrastructure Committee of the German Parliament (Bundestag), amongst others. He then completed the master’s program “Innovation, Technology, and the Law” at the University of Edinburgh (Scotland). Jan Felix Grabenschröer was admitted to the German Bar in 2016 and joined Luther’s Berlin office the same year.
Jan Felix Grabenschröer advises his clients in all matters pertaining to competition, trademark and copyright law, in and out of court. Another focus of his work is IT law, in particular, the drafting of contracts regarding the purchase, development, distribution, licensing and support of software. Furthermore, he advises national and international companies on data protection law, IT compliance and e-commerce.
