Dirk von Diringshofen was born in 1976. He studied at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt and during his studies published the professional text "Internet for Jurists" (2001) with the Hermann Luchterhand publishing company. As a trainee, he continued his emphasis on media and online law that he begun during his studies. He was admitted to the bar in 2004 and joined Luther (or its respective predecessor) the same year. Dirk von Diringshofen is a member of the Service Line IP/IT.
Dirk von Diringshofen specializes in contract drafting and negotiations exercising the right to claims both in and out of court, as well as general assistance in competition law, IT law (including online law and software law), media law, and intellectual property rights (including trademarks and copyrights) as well as the composition and implementation of protective strategies and IP concepts (i.e. in transfer pricing projects).
